4 module solution
We developed a tailored four-module system to address the operational challenges faced by the FinTech. Our solution integrates a Fair Pricing Module, Transaction Management, Treasury, and Hedging components, designed to work seamlessly together while leveraging the client’s existing infrastructure for data streams and routing logic.
Fair Pricing Module
This module uses integrated data streams to determine a Fair Price based on market conditions and transaction types initiated by the client. By employing advanced statistical analysis, it ensures the FinTech is adequately compensated for the foreign exchange risks it assumes.
Transaction Management Module
This system records all client-initiated transactions, ensuring a compliant and transparent flow of funds between internal and external accounts.
Treasury Module
The Treasury module monitors all funds under the FinTech's custody, whether on-chain or off-chain. It generates Value Transfer Requests to ensure compliance with end-of-day settlement requirements.
Hedging Module
This module evaluates the risks associated with each transaction and its impact on the Treasury. To mitigate foreign exchange exposure, it creates buy and sell orders for execution with liquidity providers.
